Pooja comes from a Marketing Background with a strong interest in Trekking and Horse Riding. Her life was transformed for good after adapting yoga as a lifestyle and is now committed to serve and spread the joy with others.

Pooja has done RYT 500 (IYT 250+ and 350+) Ashtanga from IndeaYoga, Mysore. She has done YIC from SVyasa and certified from QCI, Ministry of Aayush. She continues to persue philosophical education from various spiritual disciplines,

NITIN GOYAL

A millennial who found his passion in the ancient science of Yoga which completely transformed him as a person and now he is on a mission to bring the same positive change into other’s lives by becoming a teacher.

He has done 900 hours Advanced teacher training from the oldest organised yoga school in the world, The Yoga Institute. and RYT 200 (IYT 250+) Ashtanga from IndeaYoga, Mysore.
